Peachtree City police have arrested a Georgia Tech student on charges that he arranged over the Internet to meet a 14-year-old girl to have sex.

The meeting was to take place at the Wal-Mart in the city south of Atlanta. But police say Valazquez got lost and stopped by the Peachtree City Library to use a computer. That's where he was arrested.

Last month, Peachtree City police arrested a man who works as a youth minister and school bus driver for trying to arrange a sexual encounter with a teenage girl who turned out to be an undercover police officer.

Police say 31-year-old Mohammed Bolton of McDonough made contact with someone he thought was a 15-year-old girl over the Internet. Officers arrested him at the Wal-Mart store, where he was to meet the girl.

In March, Peachtree City police arrested Pike County's superintendent of school after he was accused of using the Internet to entice what he thought was a 15-year-old into a sexual encounter.
