Washington : Former ?Sex and the City' star Sarah Jessica Parker has criticised celebrity moms including former Spice Girl, Victoria Beckham, who rush to lose their pregnancy weight.

The actress, who has a three-year old son, said that the emphasis to lose weight soon after birth was dangerous as it portrayed an unattainable body image for new mothers.

?There's all this emphasis on losing weight after you have a baby. Look at Posh Spice or whoever. But that life is not what's real,? Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.
