Susan Maureen Robinson, now 35, was suspended by Queensland's Health Practitioners Tribunal last May after being found guilty of unsatisfactory professional misconduct by having sex with Mark Robert Nolan.

Ms Robinson had been treating Nolan, now 27, at the Arthur Gorrie Correctional Centre south-west of Brisbane in June 1999, while he was on remand for robbery and car theft charges.

Robinson was charged with breaching an Australian Psychological Society (APS) guideline, which states no member can engage in a sexual relationship with a former client less than two years after ending their professional relationship.
